How do I get verified?

Verification is quick and straightforward. Upload a photo ID and proof of income, then complete a short identity check. Once verified, you unlock Pipeline listings. To become Swap-Ready and access KeyChain, add your current tenancy details.

What is VRHS and how is my score calculated?

VRHS (Verified Rental History Score) is your portable rental reputation. It's built from verified tenancy history, landlord reviews, and platform activity like timely responses and completed viewings. Your score travels with you between properties, helping you stand out to landlords.

How do Swaps actually work?

When you need to move early, list your place on KeyChain for verified seekers. Once you find a match, both parties and the landlord agree to the handover date. The incoming tenant's deposit replaces yours, and the lease transfers cleanly — no void periods, no penalty.

Are landlords verified too?

Yes. Landlords complete identity verification and must provide property ownership documentation. Properties are checked against RTB registration and BER records. Transparency works both ways — tenants and landlords are equally accountable.

What happens if something goes wrong?

The Condition Vault timestamps property state at move-in and move-out, providing clear evidence for deposit disputes. For other issues, our support team mediates between parties. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the RTB with our documentation support.
