Applicants can only have 5 active viewing bookings and 3 active offers at once. This forces selectivity — no more spamming 20 properties and seeing who bites.
Your slots are per-user, not per-property. You must attend a viewing before you can make an offer on that property. Complete a viewing or withdraw your booking, and the slot frees up immediately. Decline or accept an offer, and you can make another.
